Service must be provided in a way that no third person gets hurt, offended, belittled or similar, in any way, at any moment, and to completely respect all positive legal provisions, especially the ones of Public Information Act and Advertising Act of Serbia.
While rendering the service:

the price must be clearly stated in the media,
the price must be written in the same size and font color identical to the font of the short code (if advertised on television or printed media),
the price must be announced every time the short code is announced (if advertised on television or radio)
if, for any reason, the service can not be provided to the user, the message to the user must state expenses that will be charged to the user in such case.
Gambling, lottery and donation related services are strictly forbidden.
